While the quality of clothes is great. The online service and delivery of product is terrible. 3 weeks since order was placed and still have not received my partners gift. If you are visiting Queenstown then it’s a great shop but the online buying experience is not good.

I went into the store as I like that brand, I tried on a few things and went to the counter to purchase the shirt I had picked out. I waited there for about 5 minutes,  with only myself and one other customer in the store at the time. One staff member clearly saw me waiting and chose not to help me as they were too busy socializing with their co - workers. I ended up putting the shirt back and leaving as the staff gave the impression they didn't want to be there or help  their customers.

I have liked the brand since I saw It but found it quite expensive, so I waited for promos and bought a hoodie online. They don't have a great variety of products or sizes, so I chose a small one, but it was huge when I received it. So I wrote to them, and they offered me a change or a refund. I thought they offered me a change because there was another smaller size, but when I replied, yes, let's change it for a small one, they responded that they don't have one. So why do they offer me something they don't have? So, in the end, I sold the hoodie on the Facebook market, went to Adidas and bought a hoodie that fits me. It would help if you guys considered smaller sizes cause your small size is huge, and you don't have all your designs on xs.

Visited the Queenstown store and was warmly greeted by Mark who looks after the Peter Pan Tours in the same space. He was so helpful given the illab store was officially closed for the day. What an asset to have representing your brand. He went above and beyond to help us! Even asked for our feedback about product fit to share with owners to improve the style. Legend.

Ordered a dress on the 22nd December on website, arrived on 24th, perfect timing for Christmas. Thank you

I'm sure your products are good but your invasive ad just popped up in the middle of video was extremely annoying. Your product would never been my first choice for that reason.

Amazingly friendly staff and helpful staff, could not ask for a more ideal shopping experience
