Carol went above and beyond to make me feel at home while I traveled through here solo. Everything felt very clean, and the bed was especially nice and cozy. Would definitely stay here again on return trips to Invercargill.

Perfect house for our large group and with radiators throughout the house, it was really warm and comfortable for our mid-winter stay. The host, Carol, was awesome to deal with and made every effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Things I enjoyed: most affordable place in Invercargill I could book same day, warm reception, included breakfast, and bed warmer. Things that could have been better: more outlets in my single room splinters or a power strip would have made charging electronics easier, wifi that reached my room instead of only the common area that had others watching TV, and locks that were less sticky when trying to open doors.

Awesome place, ran by a lovely couple. Super friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious with amenities close by. Room got quite chilly but otherwise a mint stay

Very nice host and good breakie. Lovely dog. Overall a very nice place however the room we stay just next to the bathroom so we can hear the noise very bad. But we just stay one night so doesn’t matter.
