AA Centre - Invercargill

The blonde curly hair lady at the counter needs to be more educated. I was talking to another receptionist and she must have over-heared our conversation and she started shouting at me when the place was full of people. She should not be yelling my address out.

Two on counter, 13 people waiting , people nattering out back, what's wrong with you people ? Where's your customer service and why does it takes so long to process everything ? Ended up leaving cos the queue I was in when i got to the front, well she wasn't capable of doing a car rego ffs !

Staff are very friendly and kind. Especially, Karen Owen was the best staff who I have ever met. She was such a helpful and polite person! It was a pleasant visit to AA.

Instead of being helpful and polite, all three customer service ladies were bordering on attack mode which we found very offensive right from the start. We were continually bombarded with what we had to do which just didn’t make sense all in all, the situation just became quite stressful and toxic so a quick exit was required. Now considering cancelling all of my AA insurances as I would never want to deal with this office EVER!

Couldnt agree more with the previous review. Staff have less empathy than a moray eel in mating season. People getting licenses come out so mentally scarred that no wonder we have a high road toll.
