Fish was yummy and fresh but pineapple fritters were soggy and tiny, wont be buying again. Service can be hit and miss.

Local recommended this Fish Market place.   I should have cross-checked with Google's reviews!nPoor service and the grumpy attendants made us feel so unwelcome.nThe pricing is reasonable.nThe fish is fresh blue cod but ruined by the stale oil and the heavy batter.  My 12 years couldn't stomach it.

Disappointed today 22/02/2024. Garnet was fresh but what happened to my scallop meal, I didn't get it I git squid rings 2 and squid bites 2 but 3 scallop, not being told, as what greeted me when I got home.  Please next let me down gentle. 60 year old Maori just wanted a nice Kai of scallops..but..no, so next time let me know if you change my order. Enjoy your dinner.^_^;

Abrupt unfriendly customer service. Average selection of seafood from frozen, smoked, marinated and cooked. We had the mussels, blue cod and chips. Battered Blue Cod was good, battered mussels soggy, chips undercooked, lastly tartare sauce tastes like factory mayo. Customer service negative 10/5, fish and chips 3/5. People with zero customer skills should not be serving customers.

Awesome fresh and frozen fish. Fish n chips lovely and always not greasy and cooked just right. Staff are helpful and always have a smile
