Are people disregarded twice. Or am I the only one. I completely understand mistakes happen but is my urine so special that it needed to be sampled twice just to receive word back that they made mistakes?

For a place that pokes holes in you, it's proven to be a consistently good service. Book in online, and you get taken on time. I've had trainees the last 2 visits, and they've been just as good as the other staff.

Treated like a criminal after their machine not working. They made me make the transfer of the money in front of them, after trying to send the receipt to their e mail made me wait as their email was not receiving it. Terrible client service

Collecting a swipe card then not being able to hear them when your number is called.. they mutter, waiting three quarters of an hour , the on line booking system is a joke.... Go back to the old system and get the lab running smoothly again without people running around doing nothing

it took me ages to find this place !!!nIt used to be the other end of Don street.nThe blood test at Windsor is closed permanently. I don’t even know why I bother going when there is not much wrong with me.
