Treated like a criminal after their machine not working. They made me make the transfer of the money in front of them, after trying to send the receipt to their e mail made me wait as their email was not receiving it. Terrible client service
For a place that pokes holes in you, it's proven to be a consistently good service. Book in online, and you get taken on time. I've had trainees the last 2 visits, and they've been just as good as the other staff.
Booking system is outdated. Allowed booking on their website for the day they were closed. I did whole day blood test fasting for nothing
Couldn't find it on web for awhile due to change to maori name..change it back be better
Stupid booking system is horrible. Staff are lovely tho
