These nurses are always so welcoming. Very professional and polite. All the blood service outlets are now by appointment but arrive on time and your booking will be efficiently attended to without any problem. A special mention to Maggie who was great to deal with and very helpful at the Windsor branch.
If their is below 1 star, that will be my rating with my recent experience.nWhat a shame such a irresponsible collection centre.
Always great service. Lovely skilled workers.
