This place was a vibe! Staff were super friendly and attentive. Their beef burgers were tasty and yummy lol but the side of mushroom sauce with focaccia bread was soooooo yummy! Would recommend that little combo Me and my friends were hungover, this place definitely hits the spot for a good hangover lunch! Coffee was grea too. Recommend for sure!

Best steaks my husband and I have ever had in a very long time. Food was delicious and so were cocktails. Steaks perfectly cooked to medium rare and the jus on the side was Devine. Wait staff were lovely and really bubbly. Atmosphere was a really good vibe. 10/10 no faults.

We came for brunch. Ordered 2 rounds of mimosas, crispy chicken baos and kaarage chicken followed by flat white coffees. Can't fault our experience here because it was all pretty flawless. The chicken baos especially were delicious and the highlight. We were served by Sheila and she was pleasant, welcoming and proactive with waiting on our table. They also have a good range and variety of food and drinks on their menus which I look forward to trying for future visits. Thanks Longroom, from another satisfied customer

Being at the heart of Ponsonby, this place has always enjoyed a premium advantage. Overall the place has a good vibe but could get extremely crowded on Saturday nights. Security staff could do a better job at allowing appropriate people inside. There have been instances when people were way too drunk to behave and subsequently caused havoc. Food is okay, prices are okay considering the location. Staff members are usually generous and friendly. However, there was this one time when we were asked to give up the cushions in our pod for others even though we had a reservation. I don't know if it's still the case but fruit juices were given for free once upon a time. Has so much potential for being one of the best places to chill in Auckland.

Kind staff, lovely courtyard and good vibes. I came for breakfast which was excellent with the exception of a hard, unripe section of avocado.

We had a big dinner last night. It was perfect! Food was excellent, ambience by the fire was great and the service was flawless. We had the antipasto platter and some sides and was delicious! Couldn't fault our experience. Will definitely be back.

Great for breakfast! Quick service, delicious coffee. Highly recommend the brekky burger for the hash brown chips. Burger was too big for me… but that is definitely not a problem for most!! Eggs inside were cooked perfectly.

Good selection is drinks and good atmosphere. I asked for a jug of water, as I drink water a lot. A guy came back with a glass of water and said he will keep eye on my glass and will keep topping up. Many people say this, but forget as they come busy, but he did remembered and kept topping up my water in perfect timing. Thank you Jay for keep eye on me

The Long room is a great venue for when you want a casual lunch or dinner, it’s really good for big groups as people can pop in and out without everyone having to attend a sit down dinner. The menu has good sharing options and the wine list is good. Courtyard seating and inside options.

My husband myself and our pooch have had 2 wonderful delicious meals at Longshot. Our little dog was greated with a treat and a drink of water. I asked could they make her a lunch also nothing was a problem. The service 10/10. Highly recommended.
