Lots of activities and great for parties. Sadly, lots of the games in the arcade are not working properly or not running at all. The lazer sights on the guns are off, the reload button on the Alien game is broken and the claws on the claw machines are very weak, so they don't latch properly to even very soft toys. I was optimistic, so I fell for the upsell to $80 on the card for bonus turns, but if I had known about the quality of the arcade I wouldn't have bothered.
I really love Super park, it's the most complete entertainment centre with a great variety of options for fun: huge playground, trampoline, inflatable games, tiny houses, rock climbing, arcade games and bowling in the same place.nI just would ask them to take more care in the maintenance of the arcade games because many are often broken. However I still need to give them 5 stars because of the facilities, cheap and good food and for being sooo caring with lost property: we left my son's hoodie behind, I gave them a call, they searched for it and called me back!! They are gorgeous
We had a blast here, so much to do little kids games a huge ball bit, heaps of fun games for everyone. Love the bowling alley it’s so stylish and the art on brick a gorgeous luxurious leather couches, 6 lanes so nice and personal. Friendly staff and great prices
Lot of activities here. There is a super park and it is 10 dollars per adult but sometimes they let you in for free. Kids will love this park. It will be fun even for the adults. Best place to spend a day in this wet winter time. Location is great and you can do shopping and find lots of food around this place.
I went to the Birkenhead branch on Friday 12.04.2024. I arrived with 2 other people at around 9:30pm. I thought this would give us enough time for a game of bowling and a few arcade games. However upon arrival everything looked closed, restaurants were closed and staff were no where to be found. After finally finding a staff member we asked to play on the cricket simulator and were told there were no staff members available as they had all went home. We were extremely disappointed as the park was only meant to close at 11. We then asked if we could bowl and the staff member was extremely rude and very reluctantly set up bowling for us without even asking our names. There was also a problem with the bowling lane we were given as the machine was broken and no staff member came to fix it. This was a waste of money. Why are staff members leaving before closing time? Why is service so bad?
