The children had a fantastic time. It was really well organised. Very clean. The food was great. I had a nice hot chocolate. We had to drag the children away to come home. Plenty of seating. The adults were able to chat as well as keep an eye on the children. Good babies play area
Had the birthday party there on a Sunday. It was very busy but we were allowed to enter our room early. The room was clean and tidy, the only downside was that it was quite small even with a minimum of 8 kids in the basic party combo especially if every kid came with the parents.nThe communication was good, but they preferred texts over emails. I wanted sandwiches with yogurt but given sandwiches and fruits instead.nTips when placing the order for the birthday party:nAlways do less count on than the exact count unless you are 100% sure that everyone will attend, otherwise no refund. Therefore, rather add on on the day than losing $33 per pax for the absence. Learnt from experience - I had 4 kids not coming due to sickness.nOrder the hot food platter but not the other plattersnThere are also machines that require extra coins to play with.nnOverall, the place is clean and renovated with cool techy features but could be quite packed on weekends.
Great playground for little kids with heaps of spaces for them to play and have fun. Big and plenty of things to keep them busy.nnThere is a cafe and many birthday rooms, for a bit of privacy. Chips were very good but brownie was hard as a rock.nnA bit too many lights, vending machines, and estimuli for my liking, but ok to get kids tired over a couple of hours.
Second time coming to Pakuranga Chipmunks, each time was on my daughter’s birthday. We arrived on a Friday just after 09:30am and although it was a cloudy, wet and cold day…. The moment you enter the store you are welcomed with a ray of fun music and lights, a perfect way to spend your days indoor. My 2 year old enjoyed her time so much we stayed until 1:30pm! There’s a baby area with soft padded floors for your baby to crawl there way around and explore, there’s a 0-5 playground with sensory toys, musical piano, slide, and an upstairs playground with mirror maze, trampoline, walking rope and more slides - adults can fit too, I managed to comfortably explore alongside my 2 year old daughter, very study platforms. At an extra cost there are machine rides too. There’s also a 5-11 years area/playground that looked fun, we did explore the lower levels which had a large ball pit with a huge interactive screen projector where you throw the balls to eliminate the animal. If your child gets a bit bored of this playground there are arcade games along the back end of the store extra cost and a mini basketball court too.nnThere are ample seats and tables close by to playgrounds. We ordered food from the cafe, for $39 I got the chicken burger combo & chicken nugget combo. A bit on the expensive side but the chicken burger was delicious buns were soft and fresh and they do have good coffee.nnToilets were spotless and clean, a separate changing room for babies as well and a cool feature that I noticed was an area tucked around the corner from the cafe outside of party room areas was a set of comfy couches which is perfect for our breastfeeding māma’s who needed a comfortable private space to BF baby without the distractions of kids running around.nnShoutout to the lovely owners for their awesome customer service, the lovely lady April was so attentive and I wish their business well for the future.nnHighly reccommend
The best Childrens place we have visted by far imo. My son loved it here and he was supper happy. He is 2 years old and there were a lot of things for him to play with or on. Other places we visit its sometimes limited for the younger ones but this place had multiple areas for him.nThere weren't many people here as we came on a Monday but unlike other places it was super clean, there weren't any damages in the play areas and everything worked. The toilets were clean as well which is a nice change.nnWe purchased the beef burgers and the pizza meal for my son which he loved. The burgers were large and tasted amazing.nnHighly recommended and we will def return
