Awesome place to take the kids. We attended a birthday party. They set a area up for us and catered food and water.nThere's a Cafe with decent food.nPlenty of parkingnIt get hot during summer, keep the kids hydrated. No complaints.
If you have been to other Bounce locations, then you will know that you need to have their own branded socks and if you want to enjoy all the other activities like the Ninja course and Rock Climbing, then you will need to bring sports shoes and not Crocs. It was quite busy in the weekend and tables/toilets need to be cleared and cleaned more often
I can absolutely recommend hosting a kids birthday party here! We had a great experience with our kid's 8th birthday - our party host Aden was just amazing. She made it totally stress-free and easy, and all the kids had tons of fun.nnShe was great with the kids - and just so helpful to have her supervising, and helping them all hook on/off the climbing walls. I had plenty of opportunity to chat with other parents, and take pictures while the kids played and climbed. Well worth the cost in my opinion!
Went for our daughter's friend's birthday party. I was so impressed. It looks new, clean and there is heaps of space and different activities for the kids to enjoy.nFriendly staff, good cafe. The playground area hot so hot for the kids. The upstairs birthday rooms were welcoming with the air conditioning.
I’ve been bringing my under 5 children here for a few years, it seems to be getting more and more unclean each time we visit. The ball pit area for the little ones smelt extremely bad today, like old urine. I’m questioning if there has been any deep cleaning for a while as there is a lot of build up of hair and dust.nThe kids have fun and it’s safe enough with plenty of space for parents to sit and watch at a safe distance.
