All in all everything was great. Clean, not to overcrowded. Supervision of the children was great. The supervisors were diligent, and intervened when needed. My girls had the best time.nnThe rock climbing was a 10 out 10. The X run was a hit too.
I brought my kids to Bounce earlier this week and I have to tell you, this place has really stepped up its game. There are plenty of new seating options for parents, more fun activities for kids, clean restrooms and lots of friendly staff ready to help out. It was a fantastic experience all around. My kids loved it.
Great place for kids! They had an absolute blast jumping around and burning off energy. The park was clean, well-maintained, and had a variety of activities to keep them entertained. Definitely a fun and safe spot for family outings. Will visit again
Super disappointed. We had been to bounce several times with our 2 kids and as young as when they were 3 years old. In previous visits there was never any mention of age or height restrictions to the main jumping area. In addition our children were never asked to leave for age or height reasons.nnHowever after visiting yesterday we were told our 4 year old could not jump in the main area. When purchasing the tickets the woman who served us again never explained any restrictions. When we were told our children could not jump in the main area we were very confused and upset. We showed the woman who had served us pictures of previous visits but no clear explanation could be provided.nnIn past visits we attended birthday parties with children shorter than ours and under the age of 5 who were permitted in the main jump area.nnBounce needs to do a better job at communication and being consistent. This was completely off putting. Not worth the time to take children only to get them upset!
We always have a great time at Bounce. The mini bounce play area adds some great variety and it is extra fun if the wider trampoline area is open to the littlies too. The staff are friendly and helpful and during off peak times it’s not too busy at all.
