I brought my kids to Bounce earlier this week and I have to tell you, this place has really stepped up its game. There are plenty of new seating options for parents, more fun activities for kids, clean restrooms and lots of friendly staff ready to help out. It was a fantastic experience all around. My kids loved it.
Great place to keep the Westie kids entertained. Clean, spacious and everything is really well maintained. Older son had a blast at a weekend birthday and brought our daughter in on a weekday and we although quiet she enjoyed herself and us parents didn’t have to deal with excessive noise. Staff are really friendly too.
One of those rare places which caters well to a range of ages preschoolers to teens. My kids discovered Bounce during the school holidays and made us take them back a week later, they loved it so much! There is so much to keep them occupied, a good selection of food and attentive staff- health and safety is obviously a priority for them. Recommend going in the afternoon in the weekends when most of the birthday parties are finished and you'll have more luck finding a space in the carpark.
I took my 3 girls 8,10,12 and our 2 babies for the first time on a Friday night. 6:30-8:30pm it was the best experience we’ve had there as only half the crowd and the staff were amazing. Super helpful young positive crew who with great all round customer service. Well done team. My children had an absolute blast what better way to end the school week than burning off and releasing all the pent up energy with fun Exercise.
We recently celebrated our son's birthday at this venue and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Our host Olivia went above and beyond to ensure that the party ran smoothly and that all the kids had a blast. She expertly managed the activities, making sure that everyone got a chance have fun. The kids had a great time and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Thank you, Olivia, for making our son's birthday so special!
