First time here. A bit disappointed that it says everywhere that socks must be worn at all times and no shoes allowed and yet there are people who still break those rules and staff don’t care.. had these 2 men in a baby area so decided to leave earlier because of this.nOverall place needs a bit of attention and some TLC.

It’s the perfect spot for family fun, birthday parties, and playdates!
Our favourite indoor kiddies spot. Ideal for parties or just a visit. The huge soft play maze, inflatable slides, video games etc keep them entertained for hours. Very pleasant staff and generous food portions. Suitable for 1yo's up to around 9yo. Not badly priced either. Only negatives are the boy's toilets could be cleaned more frequently and I would have liked to see hand sanitizers located throughout the premises. 4.5 stars
It's been a while since I graced the gates of Chipmunks. To be honest, last time I was here, the hygiene was a bit of an issue. But hey, I'm happy to say my latest visit was better! They've made some sweet upgrades to the playground and even added some new attractions. The only downside was the seating area felt a little crammed, especially with three birthdays and a crowd of people. It wasn't super friendly to wheelchairs, so keep that in mind if you're rolling with friends or family who need accessibility. I reckon they could use a few more staff on busy days like this, but shout out to the island dude who was a total boss - he had a big smile and a can-do attitude, clearing tables, taking out the trash, and keeping the payments flowing like a pro. Overall, I'd give Chipmunks a solid 4 stars - a huge improvement from my previous 1-star rating!
Super easy fun birthday party. The room was set up for us and food on time. Food was yummy, staff super helpful and friendly. Kids loved it. Only downside is the noise - especially that shooting machine - it’s way too loud, my son’s ears were hurting. All in all I would recommend a kids party here!
