Both sinks not working in mens bathroom.nTop stairs to both trampolines were loose and 1 was upside down on the floor with 2 long bolts sticking up.n2 kid tunnels were broken and blocked off with cardboard and/or netting.nNetting was broken in places and fixed with zip ties in 4 places and was sharp when I brushed past.nFloor was filthy. Luckily I bought Chipmunks socks to ruin instead of mine.nTop step to ball pit missing.nIt feels rundown and needs TLC and in some areas the padding has worn away exposing steel framing. I have photo evidence.
Our favourite indoor kiddies spot. Ideal for parties or just a visit. The huge soft play maze, inflatable slides, video games etc keep them entertained for hours. Very pleasant staff and generous food portions. Suitable for 1yo's up to around 9yo. Not badly priced either. Only negatives are the boy's toilets could be cleaned more frequently and I would have liked to see hand sanitizers located throughout the premises. 4.5 stars
Back in April 2021, I bought the after hours venue hire package with the kids meals included and 3 platters included. The staff were very helpful, positive, hospitable and much more. They really helped us make sure the night ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend for a child’s birthday party for a large amount of people. There was plenty of seating and space for everyone. The staff even allowed us to place a tab on the cafe for hot drinks which kept everyone happy. Definitely a 5 star experience. Thanks to the team at Henderson chipmunks for your help in making my daughters first birthday a memorable one.

It's been a while since I graced the gates of Chipmunks. To be honest, last time I was here, the hygiene was a bit of an issue. But hey, I'm happy to say my latest visit was better! They've made some sweet upgrades to the playground and even added some new attractions. The only downside was the seating area felt a little crammed, especially with three birthdays and a crowd of people. It wasn't super friendly to wheelchairs, so keep that in mind if you're rolling with friends or family who need accessibility. I reckon they could use a few more staff on busy days like this, but shout out to the island dude who was a total boss - he had a big smile and a can-do attitude, clearing tables, taking out the trash, and keeping the payments flowing like a pro. Overall, I'd give Chipmunks a solid 4 stars - a huge improvement from my previous 1-star rating!
