Let's Talk About It events facilitate and encourage young people to speak up about their experiences with mental illness.
Through music, spoken word, raps and sharing personal experiences, young people speak up about their challenges with mental health and how anxiety, depression and thoughts of ending their lives affect so many of their generation. While this evening promises to be powerful and perhaps confronting, the openness, creative talents and sheer courage of the young performers and presenters, will be an uplifting and inspiring experience.
