I’m currently touring New Zealand and visiting different Les Mills gyms. I loved the facilities and the overall experience.nnHowever, at the Wellington Les Mills Taranaki Streetnlocation, my day pass from the Les Mills Lambton Quay club paid the day before was not accepted. I had to pay another NZD 30. The issue wasn’t the money, but the lack of effort from the attendant to listen or try to understand the situation.nnGreat gym, but disappointing customer service at this location.
came in for a 1 day drop in on a Sunday morning. really easy process , staff were every helpfull. top class gym. several floors so although there are many people there, between different floors and the numerous racks, equipment etc it feels quite. highly recommend and good value.
Was able to come in due to the upgrade at the hutt gym, the facilities were much newer than the ones at the hutt, and there was also shampoo etc dispensers available, wished they accepted card payments as well. Love how there’s a cafe downstairs very convenient.
There’s a café by the entrance that looks great, and there’s also a sauna available here.
Awesome Gym! So spacious it never feels busy. The people are so friendly, it’s always an exciting place to be. It has made my training so much more enjoyable, now I look forward to it everyday!
