While some instructors are nice and our youngest had good classes hence a 2 star our eldest daughter came home with tears following cheer on numerous occasions and fretted to attend due to frequent bullying that was not dealt with in a timely manner - and escalated. This was heartbreaking for our whanau and has led to her having a huge lack of confidence in herself after being a bubbly and sociable girl when she started. In the end we left early due to her tears and not wanting to return. This process by management to try and resolve this was very slow with minor intervention in Term 4 our initial request for support was in Feb. We know she isn't the only one who has gone through this following communication with others who have left and are relieved to put this venue behind us and hope that no family has to go through what we went through again.
My daughter loves it, we do classes and use the school holiday programs too. So many activities and it's a great holiday program for girls to build confidence in themselves and with large groups.
My son was at BIGAIR for a year and loved it so much. The free running class was really good for his confidence, balance and strengthening. The coaching staff were very encouraging, when he attempted new excerciese. Highly recommend!
Love the space very large but not much ventilation out water filter dispenser to fill up bottles
Fantastic coaches and facilities. My girls have gained so much confidence in themselves. Solid foundations to build great skills and experience that they can use in the years ahead.
