Good Gym. I switched after Exodus closed. Bit busy during peak due to low cost. I liked exodus because I would workout in half the time with no rest between sets. I just picked 4 machines and went 1234, 1234, 1234, 1234. I hate it when people hog a machine while resting. More free weights might be an answer. I would pay more if I could book a seat. I could then have no rest between sets and be dobevin 40 minutes including stretching. Maybe a seperate room with roving coach and Bookable seats and mats.
CityFitness has consistently shown a lack of empathy and professionalism. When my wife passed away, they continued charging her membership and sending insensitive emails, making an already devastating time worse.nnMost recently, after publicly humiliating my 12-year-old son and me over his age, instead of handling the situation with respect, they’ve now gone ahead and canceled my membership entirely. This decision speaks volumes about their priorities—they’d rather silence dissatisfied members than take accountability for their actions.nnIf you’re looking for a gym that values community and compassion, look elsewhere.
Nice big gym, went in the evening. Lots of space and all machines i tried worked well. I like this branch because there usually isn't any jockeying to use the machines.
Great place. Heaps of equipment. If you want quiet hours, go after 7am when all the early risers finish, or after 9am… or 11am before lunch.. school holidays it gets packed with kids.
