I phoned with an urgent matter, and even though the whole process I needed wasn't able to be completed within their business, the team ensured I had enough information to get the job done, going as far as providing me with contacts to follow up. Today was my first time in the Lapco showroom and I would recommend it to anyone looking at buying leather furnishings. Impeccable friendly and informative service.
