Went to Louis Vuitton on Queen st to get my mom’s bag foil stamped because Newmarket branch said this bag cannot be foil stamped therefore I went to Queen St & Emily Cheong has been very friendly , helpful and professional throughout the entire foil stamping process . Please look out for Emily , she is good.

I had a very awful experience in this store. Although it was resolved in the end, it still took a toll on me. I hope their HR will take"good character" into account when hiring people in the future.

I was gifted a LV handbag by a friend for my birthday and we happened to meet Theo.. a lovely French lad whose been in NZ for just 4 weeks. I told him upfront that I don’t know much about LV handbags .. but just loved how they looked :’ .. I was expecting him to talk down to me and not take us seriously.. in fact .. Theo went out of his way to tell us about the background of these bags and what made them so special. He looked for bags within our budget, and overall just treated us with respect and care . He went out of his way to make sure that the purchase of my first LV handbag would be memorable and he went above and beyond for me . Thank you so much Theo !!

I'd make a complaint about a client adviser who is Judy Wu in Louis Vuitton Newmarket. I bought a pair of shoes today, Judy Wu told us it is without the original box, I said ok. Unfortunately, they are obviously USED! when I checked them back home. It is FRAUD !

Recently went to Vegas experience was excellent. Queen street manager she is not a good listener not very impressed terrible experience will go to Newmarket going forward.

Do not be surprised to see Young international student lining up during “vertical integration” but never call it a “sales” on the luxury items — in another word burn your money fast. They rich kids usually park the expensive Lamborghini on High Street, Auckland.
