I had an unused product return where I requested a refund which was initially denied but granted upon second consideration by the manager Sarah. I consider that good customer service. I have also had nothing but pleasant experiences while shopping in-store.
Low stock, unfriendly and unhelpful staffs… won’t go back to this store for sure, the one in Onehunga has much friendlier people working there.
