Went in on a Sunday to buy suits as this is the brand my husband has worn in the UK and loves. Completely ignored by staff even though a lady was standing behind us folding clothes. We stood there for over 5 min talking about the suits on offer and not once did anyone approach or greet us. There were 2 staff members and one other customer group in store so no excuses. As we went to leave my husband inquired as to other options been available and was told in an uninterested manner that it would depend on his size. We left after this and I'll be making my husband find another suit brand as I won't be giving money to bad service

Very bad customer service! Dropped by store this morning but probably never come back again. I bought a Lacoste shirt on sale 50% and I was served by Stephanle It was on my receipt. She asked me whether i need a bag or not. I bought the Shirt and she asked me as if I can hold by my bare hand :D. I have been wondering myself how they trained their staffs to work in retail environment and whether they were trained carefully before working there or not. Totally unprofessional! Customers come in and staffs gathered together for chit chat, do not care what happening. Hope some one from this company can read and improve this situation!

bought a garment wore it once hadn't been more than 4 days since bought , already got heavy lint on it , reported it to the 'so called manager ' acted like it was my fault I bought it , in stead of offering an exchange / refund told me he can't do any thing . learnt my lesson these guys are cheap in service and rude .

Went in asked for a specific pants 34 EC1 for my husband. Pointed in the direction of chinos by unenthusiastic staff, were completely unhelpful.

The quality of the clothing is just beautiful as well as their variety!

Went in. Was ignored by the staff. Walked away. Will never visit again.

Used to be a better place for shopping. Worst service ever.
