Kellers Shoes

This shop has newish owners I think & a new name. The owner I'm presuming is the most ghastly, rude & patronising man. I bought some shoes to attend my brother's wedding & somehow they put two right shoes in the box & I didn't realise until about an hour before before the wedding. When I went back this horrible man said that I really should have checked them beforehand me!? What about his staff!? & that I shouldn't be upset as I'd got them on sale anyway. I had to wear jandals to my brothers wedding!! He barely even managed to say sorry. I will never go back there & have told all my friends & family about this. He really doesn't deserve to have a successful business in such a lovely location if he thinks that is an acceptable way to treat customers.
