I believe the shoes here are of good quality and has its own unique style . They accept afterpay as a way of payment as the prices here may be a bit much to purchase for some customers

Aya and Rebekah helped me find the perfect shoes for my work Christmas party. They were beyond amazing and sooo patient. The customer service was unlike any retail store I’ve been to in New Zealand. Wow... unbelievable service here from Aya. I actually had to ask her, her name so I could post this review as this woman deserves a LOT of credit. She was incredibly helpful, and happy for me to try on lots of shoes and had great suggestions... I felt like she genuinely wanted me to find shoes I loved and she did! Merchant you are lucky to have her!

I’ve been to Merchant twice in the last 2 years, High St and St Lukes stores. To say I’ve been blown away with the customer service would be an understatement.
