Lakefront Lodge Taupo

This property provides comfortable, clean accomodation at very reasonable rates. It is about a 2-3 minute drive into town so handy to all amenities. The Social Club restaurant-bar is on site.

When renovations are done will probably be great ,food good . Lovely views, quiet despite being on waterfront ,but those renovations can not come quick enough ,our room was tired and uncomfortable. Renos are happening now

Bamboo slats on window made room so light. Hard to sleep. Only 1 tiny mirror in whole unit - in bathroom. No telephone in unit for emergency. Only 1 chair in family unit!! No where to sit. No breakfast facility operating and nothing in room to use. Very basic. Cant recommended.

Helpful and friendly at checkin restaurant has good food and service also brew their own beer which taste good

Friendly staff, nice rooms. Our room happened to have a good view of the lake. Pricey but they may have been because it was a public holiday.
