TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I would give them 0 stars if I could. The receptionist I was talking to was rude and wouldn't let me talk. Absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend.
A really wonderful motel, only a few minutes walk outside the centre of town, ensuring you'll get a good night's sleep. Large rooms with comfy beds and balcony. The motel also has its own swimming pool and hot tub.
Good experience, great value. Out door spa was dirty and not useful. Helpful staff.
We've stayed here a number of times. The new owners are as good as the old - clean and tidy rooms, kids really enjoyed the pool and spa.
Nice clean room and great host was provided with a healthy lunch
Good accommodation, short walk to everything in Taupo township. Good sized rooms.
OK clean good nights sleep go there
