Unfortunately they're too busy competing against other KFC branches to get the orders out the fastest instead of focusing on getting the orders right.nRather disappointing really.nThe food was average, my potato and gravy had as much on the containers as in it. The chips were the only good thing.
Slid in and Moonwalked out tonight after ordering online in a weak attempt to minimize any possible human interaction. 1 star is for my order being ready. And somewhat correct. But beware.nIf the floor doesn't kill you, the food probably will.
Absolutely useless! We had a coach to catch and fair enough they were busy, but we had to shout to get our refund, over 10 minutes to find someone to get me a refund, the man at the till didn't have a clue and they were just passing the book!nnWorst service I have had in a whilenCouldn't rate food as we had to leave but service was terrible.
Worst day ever at kfc in timaru, we ordered online pickup, I asked the staff she said me to wait, I've literally waited 45 minutes infront of that girl, she is looking at me, I asked her 3 times, all she said was to wait, she was seeing me for whole 45 minutes but still didn't make my order, she make more than 10 ordered of other people and they already got their order even tho they ordered way late than me, I finally get the order after 45 minutes when my mum has to come and ask her for the order and she finally give the order. Very bad experience.
Because it's the only location in 75km in either direction, it's always SO BUSY. The wait times are looooong, the drive-through regularly blocks state highway 1, and the staff are never cheerful. It's also become **incredibly** expensive in the last couple of years, far more than it deserves.nHonestly, I don't go often anymore even though it's my favourite fast food.
