Our first time here was with the family who were visiting from the UK in April. We had 7 at our table for that meal and the service was great considering the various choices off the menu and their timely delivery to the table. Can't fault the staff who were friendly and polite from arrival and during the entire time we were in the restaurant.nSecond visit was recently on Mothers day 3 of us where we enjoyed another meal and excellent friendly service during what was a busy time for staff but they maintained that friendly smile which always makes a difference.nThanks again..we'll be back :-
Lovely meal - delicious. We had the Ribeye steak and Eye fillet steak - cooked to our liking. The only minus I thought the ribeye seem smaller than 300grmsnnBut service was attentive and warm. We had a lovely night .
We had a wonderful dinner here.nThe steak was juicy and well cooked, and the chicken schnitzel was crispy on the outside and tender inside — both were genuinely delicious.nWhat made the experience even more special was the kindness of the staff. We arrived quite late in the evening, yet they still took the time to cook for us with care, without rushing, and served everything warmly and thoughtfully.nThank you for not just the good food, but also for the hospitality.nIt was a comforting and memorable meal after a long day. Highly recommended.
It was our first time dining at Bullock, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. The lady who showed us to our table and served us during lunch was outstanding attentive, friendly, and thoughtful enough to come back and check on us to make sure everything was going well.nnWe ordered the ribeye with salad and fries, seafood chowder, chicken burger, shrimp cocktail, and cheeseburgers for the kids. Every dish was delicious, and we truly enjoyed every bite.nnTo finish off, the kids were treated to ice cream cones, which made the experience even more memorable. Great food, excellent service, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back
The food was amazing! 9/10! However, the service was pooooooor 1/10…nWe had to wait for the staff to come to us even we had eye contact with them 5 of them and asked “Hi, hello” “can we…?” But been ignored for 10 mins+. We also had to wait for 10-20mins for the staff to come for our orders even though we went to the counter to ask/check if we could take orders there were 2 staff just wondering around…. Well, the food was great which is the main thing. We had the same experience with their customer service a year ago…
