This location consistently provides a great experience. Ordering ahead on the app makes pickup incredibly easy. The staff are always friendly and efficient. My order is ready quickly, which I appreciate. The food is always served hot and fresh. The chicken is perfectly cooked and flavorful. It's a reliable choice for a satisfying meal. I'm always happy with my visits here.
HAIR! DISGUSTING!nnCame in with my flatmates for some dinner expecting some good food. But we got hair instead. Our order took ages to come out and when it did we opened the bag to a hair sitting on top of our poorly wrapped food. The workers are lazy and disgusting. They don't know how to tie up their hair properly or how to wrap a burger. We didn't get Utensils for our cheesy loaded fries and when we asked for them, we got back more hair. The Utensils came out on a tray with napkins and under the napkins was another hair! All of the tables were sticky too, so we had to sit in the carnnConfronted the worker about the hair and all we got was an oh sorry.nBeyond disappointing service from this kfc. We spent 47 dollars on this crap, I hope I don't get sick!
Cold food, missing items and awful quality. Tried to get it fixed but no one answered the phone or email. Will never go back again - been disappointed every time we’ve visited this branch. Got to johnsonville to get a better experience
Food poisoning really bad. Ordered kfc two nights ago. The chicken didn’t looked cooked as the batter was thin and crispy and falling off. It exposed colourful seasoning over the chicken that’s as red/orange. Made the mistake of taking one bite. Chicken was definitely raw and the bun was hard and cold.nHave had endless sore stomach and nausea. Despite taking pain killers my stomach is still sore. Never again.
The stupid people that run this place need to know how to make food and fix mistakes.nYou can guarantee that your food will be made wrong and when you complain apparently they can't do anything with out the manager being there.nSuch bad service and food prep!!!
