KFC Northmall Hamilton

Nice hot chicken. Had to take our chips back as they were cold and very salty. The dining area could do with a really good clean too.

I ordered two hamburgers, both of which were cold. The cheese didn't melt and the meat pie was cold, too. This is the worst KFC I have ever eaten.

Actually had some of the best chicken of my life. Was not soggy, was flame grilled tasty and was just absolutely satisfactory. A massive improvement as in the past we have been disappointed. But our most recent visit definitely left us more than satisfied.

Ordered from here online and they missed part of my order. Tried to call - no answer - sent 2 messages via FB and nothing. So yeah, I paid for something that I never received. I wish everyone else a better experience than what I had!

broght 20 packs of wicked wings, just got 15 instead!!!Drive-thru service was so slow even not many costumers waiting there. Missed coleslaw and asked staff when we found missing! So disappointed

Worst experience ever had. Will never come back. I was in line to order from 25 mins and the lady walked away. I requested if anyone can take order please got an answer with low staff. Sorry. Low customer service low experience. Uffff. Come on guys
