I love me some dirty chicken, but this particular location is more miss than hit. Service and store are as you expect, but the food isn't. Chicken often overly greasy, burgers floppy, chips soft and soggy. Drive a little further to Ulster Street / Victoria Street North if you're in a state to drive .Food: 1/5
Service took ages for a simple meal. Window person abusing staff very loudly. Messed up our order completely. Didn't have most types of chicken. Never ever going back to that KFC, totally disappointed by the effort.Food: 1/5
This was my first visit to this kfc and I was happy I came to this one! I ordered the snack lunch, Chips were hot n fresh and so was the chicken yum!! Thank you for the great service Food: 5/5
I went to this KFC SPECIFICALLY to get supercharge sauce because I was in the mood. I paid for $2 worth of supercharge sauce and then the lady at the next window said they ran out with NO MERCY. She asked if I would like BBQ or Aioli and it was obviously too late to be refunded. Waste of gas. I am so sad and the BBQ wasn’t even good. It was average at best. Not good enough.
Bad why they forgot my potato gravy and min popcorn chicken and chicken tender they might been busy but if they communicated with there staff better they would run smooth and to just take there time slow down stop rushing when you rush you forget if you take time you might find that you do better job get orders out faster
I was in the drive thru and no one answered at the ordering box. 5 minutes later she told me to drive up I hadn’t ordered anything yet to then have to wait 15 minutes before getting told they only have chicken left and nothing else. Terrible experience
I have to say I was disappointed with this kfc I ordered a 12 piece bucket with sides, no coleslaw no cups or straws I was however offered 3 cans to swap with the 1.5 litre but you do the math. I'm not from Hamilton, I asked 'where is the next kfc', response was ' I don't know'. Great...not!
Terrible service. When asked can I get some cups /paper glasses. Customer service lady is like that run out but we saw them offering to other customers. No greeted us at all When served. Just horrible serviceFood: 1/5
Just went through the drive thru, put in a order of x3 boneless chicken box meals and when I get back to kihikihi I discovered that I have x3 popcorn chicken! If I wanted popcorn chicken I would have asked, so I paid all that money for boneless to get nome.. tried calling the store and no one picks up either.. what a disaster not good enough for all the money we pay sorry and they don't give you much time to check your order either cos they Inna hurry to serve the next oerson and the next person gets so impatient
30-40 minute wait tonight. Two cars in front of me didnt even look like they had ordered much. Woman at the checkout didnt say jack shii when giving my order not even a sorry. Didnt look busy at all and lucky I had checked my order otherwise they would've forgotten my chocolate and coleslaw from my deluxe pack.
