KFC Frankton

I bought $7 something lunch box and thought it would be similar to the one in Grey Street. I didn't enjoy it as much, but more than that I felt the place was not as well-kept. However I felt there was good customer service and it did satisfy me for lunch.

We waited 30mins, got home chips overcooked and old not even hot, was too hungry and too far to go back, please frankton KFC dont get lazy...

Good customer service, clean and tidy interior and chicken was nicely cooked..will visit again in passing

Niz food. Hot and spicy chicken is awesome.

Where are the herbs and spices gone seems like recipe has been changed not the same anymore not even crunchy. Also no chicken salt on chips could get a better chicken meal at a bakery really disappointing

Manager was great. Ordered online for order to be delivered. Payment went through but order was not finalized. Went into store where manager filled order and more. The minus one star is for the worker who didn't complete the order correctly resulting in me having to return twice to the counter.

Tables were dirty...no plates to eat in and no napkins available....forgot our drinks....pretty slack service all round.

Went to KFC on Greenwood and wanted to sit in but the dining area was so paru.. Food on the floor and the tables had not been wiped down properly..

Nice hot chicken and chips, had to wait for a while as busy when we're there.
