Review is for the Cafe only, has a great selection of healthy foods, awesome salad and food bar!

They have a really nice swimming pool. Water and facility are maintained very well and clean. Kids go there to learn to swim. One kid was a very beginner and now she is not afraid of water any more. The swimming teachers are very kind and great. Kids love them. highly recommend

Excellent swimming pool. Not like a chlorine pool where you need a million showers to remove the smell. Swimming is relaxing and probably the best CV exercise you can do.

Nice clean and bright swimming pool. Great place for line swimming in Hamilton. Unfortunately didn't find hairdryer, no sauna and just one shower in the dressing room.

Great gym, visited for a couple of casual workouts, friendly staff and members. The cafe is also very good. Highly recommended

Really nice to be able to go to a place and just swim. It's great there are community facilities like the Gallagher center but I prefer the quiet of a place that just caters to adults wanting to swim and leave.

Staff very attractive lol.. real helpfull and affordable.. for real .. beware of eye candy though both men and women

Never used the gym facilities there but the cafe has amazing food! Have tried the salads and slices. Small portions are huge! Never disappointed. Does get busy but you can get your food items to go, no problem!
