Best Workout Ever! I could not go back to a normal gym, the family feel is awesome. I love how amazing I feel after a workout and it's so addictive!! I had to stop a couple of years ago and it was the worst time of my life not having F45 to come to each day! I am so so happy I get to come again!!

Great atmosphere and lovely trainers who know how to push you to your limits and also when to get down and encourage you to go a little longer. The members and community of the Studio have made me feel welcome and appreciated from day 1!

Poor and incompetent management who do not understand the concept of community but try to sell it anyway. They do not value their members or members feedback and will terminate your contract if you question them and they end up making themselves look dumb. Kia ora.

F45 is not an online scam LOL. It’s a gym that you go to, but book your classes online. It’s actually the best thing ever
