Got a good deal and they gave me extra chicken! The chicken was also very fresh and crispy.
At first you think its just your average kfc but what makes this one special is the staff. Friendly, patient, kind and respectful. I was happy to encounter two young men at the counter which were polite, well mannered and helpful. After placing and paying my order via the self service kiosk, they called my order number explaining one of my purchased items was no longer available, they apologised and offered a couple of options as a replacement. When my order was ready the made sure my order was correct and I had all necessary utensils, napkins and straws, they thanked me and wished me a goodnight. My faith restored in the youth of today by the actions of these two young men, best hospitality service I've had in a while and to my shock at a little kfc in Levin. I will definitely stop here again, the food was fresh, the chicken was nice and crispy not too oily, and the fries crispy and seasoned well.

My family have just finished enjoying a meal from this retailer, and honestly, it was some of the best KFC I've eaten for a while. They were obviously very busy and given the wait-time on a public holiday. I'm guessing they were perhaps short-staffed, but this didn't show when it came to their customer service. Well done, Levin KFC. Well worth the wait.
Thursday 9th July 8.45pm. Visiting Levin. Got to front of queue and they ran out of chicken, so had to go elsewhere, according to locals, this happens all the time. Big queues and chicken, not a great look!
