Drive through was certainly quick and there was no queue, but felt they were very inflexible when they didn't have to be. We often just order them meat patties only no bun, no sauces, cheese or salad etc but this was just too much for the checkout lady to handle - we wanted 6 x patties and she started by saying that we had to order 6 x complete hamburgers and that was the end of the story. However, after a lengthy discussion as to what the issue was we asked if we could have an extra meat pattie with one hamburger - yes for $3 extra, great can we have 5 extra meat pattie - no. we ended up working out that we were allowed to have 2 extra meat patties in 2 x hamburgers. We then asked for the order for the 6 meat patties to be provided without the buns, cheese, sauce, salad- they duly arrived in a box with 2 small bottles of water for $29.00. It was only that we were hungry that we proceeded with the order. Patties were very greasy and smelly indicating old or reused oil. Disappointing service, quality and flexibility when we haven't experienced that before at any of the other regional Burger King or competitor outlets that we occasionally use for ordering just the meat/beef patties only.

Right food on point... hot and fresh. Server was pretty terrible... out of the two combes recieved one cup. When we asked about the second she gave up and thrusted a large cup at us walking away saying cant be bothered. Seating area was pretty dirty however while dinning they started cleaning and was after the lunch rush
I hadn't eaten at the BK chain for many years and I was really delighted, the food was on point, the service, the music, everything was great, thank you very much for such good service
