The food was awesome, no complaints there were fresh hot chips, and the burgers had steam coming off them lovely the downfall is the Service and atmosphere. No one working the front counters and only 2 order your self spots open. The line was out at the Burger King door waited a good 30 minutes to make our order. The atmosphere of some staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered working there which changed the vibe and the tables and floors were unclean, isn't nice eating somewhere that isn't hygienic friendly.
I alway buy BK chook and they always never put enough mayonnaise leaving the burger dry, I have tried it multiple times. Its very disappointing. Advertising something and not providing to the customer is totally against consumer law. This is to much now, It need to addressed.
Love BK, staff are much friendlier and more helpful than they used to be here - one of the few fast food places that get the order right and actually fill the fries packets. All round; pretty tops for a fast food place.
Asked for no sauces on my burger. And surprise surprise, sauces and more then ever needs to be. Useless and never going there again. If you call the restaurant it hangs up after first ring. Certainly wasn't the double whooper with cheese.
Each time I perchase a meal in the late evening the food is very fresh and well put together. Makes a huge difference to how a lot of the other restaurants slap their meals together. As far as fast food goes, I have no real complaints about the service or the freshness of my meals I receive
