KFC Glenfield

NEVER AGAIN! After I ordered 2 Zinger combos on 14 Oct. 2025, I got this with 2 warm cans of coke. I asked the server Mo where is the glass and ice as per advertisement, but she said they dont have glases neither do they have ice. When I start drinking the Coke, it was not cold at all, and then my order was ready, but back at the table i found that in both combos dont have any chicken. I took everything back and complaint to the supervisor who told me that the can feels cold to her. I said well, if you look at the fridge behind you, fully stock then this could mean that if this was stocked an hour ago the cans may feel cold outside, but the drink is not! I then ask her where is the chicken and again she was trying to bullshit me by telling me that they unfortunately swopped the wrong orders BUT, there is no order in KFC where you get bread rolls without chicken, unless my order was meant to be for a vegetarian. When she then started to argue with me in order to prove some point, I said that I want to return everything and get a refund. We did not start eating on anything. Due to this kind of customer experience, and this is not the first time, trust me, KFC Glenfield Mall will never see me again.

Me and my family got severe food poisoning from here. My youngest nearly ended up in hospital he was so dehydrated from vomiting so much. They wont give me a refund. They keep calling me to try get more “information” as if I have lied. WORST KFC I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. Food was also cold and just disgusting.

Disgusting service , waited 15 minutes, then skipped me for some reason, then asked to wait again,nNot recommended branch in total .

Ordered Chicken Wing, no wings and all thighs

The food was very delicious. The food took time to come. Busy KFC inside the MALL.
