I was absolutely blown away by the hotpot buffet I found in Auckland. Last night, my family and I a total of 19 members had dinner there and I must say, the service was outstanding. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, the place was incredible clean, and there was a wide variety of hotpot food and ready-cooked food to choose from. It was surprising how quickly the food was refilled for our second round. Even the restroom was spotless. I definitely plan on returning again soon. And to top it off, there was plenty of parking available and the prices were very reasonable compared to dining at a Chinese restaurant.
Work lunch...nGood selection of fried & steamed for starters...nLiked the personal Hotpot option...nNo sharing, get you own flavour base, you control the heat & hygienic...nComprehensive Hotpot selection...nGood service topping up the hotpot with soup & clearing used dishes...nAte too much...again...nNo space for dessert...again...
Came here for dinner to catch up with a couple of friends, the staff are soo lovely and attentive with refilling broth and clearing plates etc. The man who I assume is the owner is amazing! He has such an infectious and friendly demeanour it can seriously brighten up your day. Love that we can choose to have seperate cookers or a big one in the middle. Will definitely be making a trip back!!
This place is 'crazy' in a good way! I was overwhelmed with the spread of food and the many choices of cold to hot dishes , soups, and desert. Reasonably priced. Just beyond words to the delicious offerings. The owner showed us around introducing the menu with such great humor and friendliness. Amazing customer service. Outstanding gourmet deserts and pastry. Will definitely return. Too excited and chaotic to take presentable pictures
The best part about this restaurant was the kind, patient, friendly and professional service. The interior decor and dishes were very beautiful. The food was delicious
