The food was very great. Heaps of selection of food. The seafood was very beautiful. The restaurant looks clean and shiny. Customer service Awsome. I was a frequent customer several years ago at this Valentines Restaurant. l back again many things has been changed the customer service bad very bad only one waiter was kind the others l found the buffet has been reduced in size . It’s understandable, however the quality and the consistency is not very good at all The shrimp salad it’s terrible but the fresh prawns are good when you are giving them to the chef and she grilled them with perfection, the sirloin was good but the vegetables skewers need time to cook they were raw !!! Is not possible grill them in three minutes needs time.nThe apple crumbled with custard was delicious but the panna cotta didn’t have the texture nor the flavour so characteristic from the original Piedmont recipe. In short the kitchen must improve the quality and follow the original recipes from the different world cuisines Italian, Hindu, Mexican, Chinese, American Grill,among others . Nice set up but Valentines you need to enhance several points keep trying !!!

Joti this goes out to you my friend, the most beautiful and amazing person there who’s been helping and serving my family for years and so was the rest of the staff there as well I mean hands down to you sis, thank you so much for taking good care of my family and I on the night of my daughters birthday really really do appreciate you and honestly you should get a pay rise for the amazing work you do

We had a 9 year olds birthday dinner here recently, food was delicious, staff was friendly and we enjoyed ourselves! The two things that bugged us was queuing up for table, not really so bad! But Pricey for what it was for some of my grandchildren with 6 & 4 year olds, very little change from $200.00 for them! The little ones don’t eat $30.00 + worth of food and drinks not free! Seemed a disappointment as they are on limited income!nApart from that great food and service nice atmosphere and the large windows at night make a nice back drop. Update: 13/11/23nnThey have increased the price again. It is now a whopping $36 for lunch! The food is good, but not $36 good. I probably won't go there again.nnI went again today, 10 Feb 2023 and it was as good as the last time. I left very happy. I wasn't sure if I needed a walk or a lie down nnPrevious time:nnI visited before Covid so a few years ago and wasn't impressed at all. The food wasn't good at all.nThen I saw a few people mention on a Facebook post that the North Shore branch is great, and I thought I would give it another try.nThe lunch price is a bit steep at $32.nThe food was really good! I enjoyed everything I ate. I liked it so much that I went back the following week.nThe ladies are so friendly, helpful, and attentive. They keep clearing the dirty dishes, and check up to see if you need anything.nThey have a seafood station, a chocolate fountain, a coffee machine, a great selection of cold and warm desserts and puddings, a carvery station with different fish and meat, and a big selection of food ranging from soup the seafood chowder is my favourite, butter chicken, chickpea curry, with naan yum, veggies cooked in various ways, selection for kids nuggets, chips, pizza, and an awesome salad bar.nThere is a clear sign posted on the cold drink machine that states there is a one off price for their bottomless cold drink and slushy machines. It is also on the tent menus on every table, so people are well informed that the only exclusion of the buffet is the cold drinks and slushies.nI'm so glad I gave it another go!
