Valentines North Shore

Had such a lovely time at Valentines North Shore for our Mother’s Day dinner tonight with the family. The customer service was honestly excellent from the moment we arrived — the staff were welcoming, patient and really looked after us throughout the evening. nnEveryone enjoyed the live cooking station, it made the experience feel a lot more special and interactive. There was a great variety of food and the atmosphere was perfect for a family gathering.nnReally appreciate the effort from the whole team tonight. Our family genuinely had a great experience and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you Ron, and the team.

$65 per person for a buffet is the kind of meal you want to arrive hungry for. The selection is extensive, with everything from meats to seafood, plus a live cooking station where dishes are made fresh to order.nnThe hot food section offers a good mix of flavours, including butter chicken, creamy mussels, pork ribs, and meatballs, with generous portions. There’s also a well-stocked salad area with popular options, as well as kid-friendly choices.nnThe dessert section is also worth noting, with a wide variety of well-presented options. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and good value for the price.

I had gone recently on Christmas Day for my daughters 4th birthday and all staff were super friendly and accommodating but one really stood out to me because she really helped me with doing my daughters cakes from bringing it to us, lighting the candle and packing it back up. To getting me coins for my kids to play on the claw machine, I didn’t get her name but I hope she knows she’s amazing and I’m so grateful to her!

FABULOUS SERVICE!!!!!nExcellent Service on arrival, during our meal, and on exit!!!! Lovely young lady on Weds 29th October 2025 greeted us.nFor My Husbands 75th Birthday Celebration Dinner they had a Balloon Card & delicious orange Birthday Cupcake and a refill drink for each of us!!!nFood was brilliant!! The Seafood Chowder is soooooo very good!!!! But a warning on the heat of the KBBQ Chicken nVery clean and well prepared, with great wait staff as well!!!nWe will be back for sure!!!

I had an amazing experience with Valentine’s on the North Shore in Auckland! The service was professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. There was such a huge variety of fresh and delicious food, so everyone in our group found something they loved. The seafood, roast dishes, salads, and desserts were all beautifully presented and constantly replenished.nnThe restaurant was clean, spacious, and perfect for a family dinner or special occasion. Staff were attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our visit. Great value for money and definitely one of the best buffet experiences on the North Shore. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!
