Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Incorrect Order FulfillmentnnI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your KFC Birkenhead on both Tuesday, February 4th, and today, February 5th. I had an unpleasant experience which I feel requires immediate attention and resolution.nnOn Tuesday, I went through the drive-thru and ordered potato gravy, which I was charged for but did not receive. I called the store to address the issue, and I was assured that the matter would be resolved. The staff member who spoke to me, noted my name and phone number, and promised to provide a Lage-sized potato gravy and a snack burger as compensation during my next visit. I confirmed that I only wanted the regular-sized potato gravy and snack burger, which was agreed to.nnHowever, when I returned today, February 5th, to pick up my order, I asked to have supercharged sauce added to the snack burger. To my surprise, the sauce was applied in the smallest quantity — just a drop, and it was not spread evenly, which made the meal far less enjoyable than expected.nnI called the store to express my concerns, and I was connected with a staff member named Aashish, who had previously served me. When I explained the situation and mentioned that the supercharged sauce had been poorly applied, Aashish showed no remorse or willingness to correct the issue. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, he simply told me to lodge my complaint online. I find this response unprofessional and unsatisfactory.nnIf the supercharged sauce would have incurred an additional cost, I would have been happy to pay the difference. However, the lack of care and poor service I experienced does not align with the standards I expect from KFC.nnI would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure this type of issue does not occur again to any other customers.

The food was nice and fresh. Customer service was ok. Staff forgetting customer food. The place looks clean and tidy.

Worst ever customer service experience. Made an online app order. Rude and lazy staff. Meat was still raw and not cooked properly.

Today at 5:30 PM, I purchased and started eating a 20-pack of Wicked Wings, but while eating, I found a hair in one of the wings. I immediately stopped eating, took photos and videos, and then contacted the Birkenhead branch. When I explained that there was a hair in the wing, the person on the phone didn’t even apologize and just told me to submit a complaint online. They also told me to come to the store, so I went.nnAt the store, a male staff member looked at the wing and remarked that since I had almost finished eating with about 8 wings remaining, I could have put the hair there myself. He even suggested that the hair might be mine. I pointed out that if you look closely, the hair is actually embedded between the chicken, but the staff member rudely denied it and again just told me to file a complaint online. This whole incident completely ruined my evening, and I am extremely disappointed with the KFC Birkenhead branch.

Quite disappointed with some chicken sizes which should count as 1 chicken put together. I love that KFC is near our place but their portion sizes are generally small. I have small palms but this chicken still look small. Hope they can improve this bit by just adding an extra one to compensate
