Useless. I have visited this KFC branch several times over the past few months, and on multiple occasions they have missed items from my order. Tonight was no exception - two whole pieces of chicken were missing. This is not a one-off mistake but a recurring issue. It is frustrating to pay for a full order and then discover items are missing when you get home. Basic order accuracy should be a minimum standard, and it is disappointing that this store continues to fall short. I will not be returning to this store.

I visited late last night. The store was almost closing, but the service was still wonderful. They were very helpful, and as always, the chicken quality was top-notch. It was a great experience despite the late hour!

I had a great time at KFC Birkenhead. Yazdan, who took my order, had awesome communication. When the manager, Alok, couldn't understand me, Yazdan stepped in and helped me out. I really appreciate it, and it was a great experience all thanks to Yazdan.

Great food and fast service! The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and fresh, and the chips were tasty too. Always a solid choice when craving fried chicken.
