Kauri Glen walkway

It’s a very easy walkway. Takes only 30mins to walk around. Love the native trees. Should try it. Tourist attractions place. Very busy in the weekends.

Small little walkway with newly built wooden bridge and small 50-100 meter board walks. Good effort by local council to provide walking track connection through Kauri Glen reserve to both ways.

A magical experience only a 7-minute drive from the birdlife in my own neighbourhood - ratepayers' money well-spent.nI was fascinated by the abundance of low-growing ferns, epiphytes and mosses. Perhaps the birds were getting takeaways elsewhere as the birdsong was subdued at 10 on a Friday morning.

Definitely a hidden gem. Heaps of space to walk around and breathe in the fresh air. The new tree top walk is amazing. It's very high off the ground. Will be doing this walk more often.

Very busy during the weekend with lots of people and dogs. Lovely treetop walk. Gorgeous walkway.
