HELL Pizza Ferry Road

Super dry. My mum said it's like eating cardboard. Why online does it ask what sauce I want? It's confusing, do they mean putting sauce on top of the pizza? So I chose no sauce. My whole family was disappointed. Such a shame

Driest pizza I have ever had. The base was rock hard and so dry. Toppings were poor and both the pizzas I picked up were uneatable. I have never had a pizza that was so dry and revolting. I wont return to the Ferry Road Hells Pizza for this reason. I would like my money refunded. Order number 48 last night.nWorst Hells pizza ever. I cant even explain how dry this was but it was uneatable. Shame on you as hells isnt cheap.AVOIDnWhile this branch gives you an email to reach out to them they ignore the email when you send it. I want a full refund as this place is disgusting and never going back.nWorst Hells pizza and worst management who only want to be seen in their standard response that they will rectify this via email but they completely ignore your email.nDO NOT USE THIS BRANCH.

Im over this place! Long time customer who has had enough of being ripped off! Dry pizza, never enough base sauce. Half the time they get my order wrong and when i complain they try to make out im faking it! The tight as owners of this place need 2 wake up and sort out problems properly. The person i talked to was full of rubbish excuses and then they give u a voucher for a snack pizza that can only be redeemed next time u order, thats just a joke !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really disgusting pizza i brought pride pizza they just loaded it so much of tomato and pineapple taste was like i am just eating pineapple mixed with tomatoes sauce. I did ring them and asked about to make it again or refund. They said okay come here and bring that pizza and get new one. When i went there they said they cant make another pizza neither refund and very rude staff. They said make a complaint we dont care

Usually good hence 2 stars instead of 1 but was delivered a lukewarm unearthly with bad banana and was dropped before it got to us. I know because the chocolate solidifies again on an unearthly when it's lukewarm or cold. This isn't a case of it sliding it was fully dropped when hot.nnDespite this I've left the review plus asked for a callback based on their compulsory review system via the website and didn't get a reply for a few days. Called in person about 5pm last night and they said they'd call back but nothing.nnCommunications about sorting a botched pizza are unsuccessful which means it's almost impossible to get a voucher covering my order or a refund so this is the last resort for comms. My kid went without their GF pizza dinner that night while they couldn't eat mine.
