Wow... Wow... Wow- despite the fact I couldn't book my pizza online.... I just rocked on up and ordered the old fashion way. Face to Face!nnBrilliant friendly service. Pizza was delivered within the promised 10 mins...nnPerfect

Okay so it’s around 9-10pm I ordered pasta but I can’t eat mushroom so ask to take it out no one calls to say they can’t take out they come to deliver then the poor guy goes sorry it has mushrooms again I can’t eat mushrooms then we get told we will get a refund the next day. Next day comes we get a call we will offer you a portion of the cost but in voucher I said no because I paid more then that. The lady then starts blaming me that I should have called the store or read the page before ordering the page dosnt say nothing can be removed but also has a add special request part the lady wouldn’t listen so hanged up and went into store where she continued to blame me and offer me a voucher less then what paid eventually after awhile they would only offer a voucher and not my money back. I asked if u can’t do it why they wouldn’t call me the response was we were busy but the night before they had said they were closing so last orders If u can’t accommodate then don’t have it for changing and ring me to tell me instead of blaming me for your ends fault. Rude,can’t take accountability for their shit. When wrong they don’t even offer your money back they will offer you a voucher for less then what you pay to start with. Store manager was unhelpful and rude wouldn’t listen and then tried to blame me for thier doing. Honestly service from this store is so bad if you gonna go to hells go to another branch. If I was the store owner of Shirley I would be disappointed in your managers behaviour when talking to customers

love Hell Pizza, i always have their creator pizza which is worth every penny as u customise ur own pizza. All the staff at Shirley Hell pizza are great

We ordered a double thin stretched lust with double bbq sauce as we have had that before and it was amazing. However this time it wasn’t hot and it didn’t have ant bbq sauce or of it did you couldn’t taste it. Very unimpressed

Asked for extra cheese and they gave me even less cheese than normal.Pathetic. Pizza Hut and Domino's are better than this overpriced excuse for a pizza. Not happy.
