Story

Meditation, ayurvedic and natural health information from knowledge and experience that I have accumulated over the 20 years I have spent learning varied forms of meditation and self help and working in the natural health industry as a massage therapist and more recently (7 years) as a natural health practitioner, medical intuitive and reiki practitioner.

I am an author of an ebook that is for sale on Amazon called "EFT and Meditation Techniques for PTSD" as I wanted to share my healing road through a hard time in my life where I suffered from PTSD symptoms and recovered from the majority of it in under a month. Check it out on Amazon!

Above all remember to love and allow yourself to be loved, never forget the powerful healing forces of prayer (no matter what your religious or spiritual beliefs are we can all pray to someone, something or just mother nature and the forces of the universe) and intention to direct your everyday endeavors and also your long term goals and challenges.
