Very relaxing. My wife suffers from asthma and found that after one visit, it has helped dramatically. Maggie was an excellent host - she was very helpful and knowledgeable. We'll be visiting again for sure.
Does halotherapy work? I'll leave that for you to decide, what I can say is that it was a pleasant and interesting experience, the decor/atmosphere of the "cave" is nice and a session is very relaxing. The host Maggie is lovely too, be sure to have an oxygen cocktail to complete the experience.
awesome experience will be going there more often especially during the winter season! Maggie was so welcoming. Which is so hard to get awesome costumer service these days!
I had a great experience. The whole staying in the cave is very comfortable, and I felt an immediate relief with my caugh and other chest symptoms. Maggie the coordinator is incredible.
Very pleasant and relaxing place for all ages and tastes, plus it helped to clear the sinus. The good feeling in the mind and body stayed with long afterwards.
