I help people struggling with persistent pain, stress and chronic health concerns gain insight and clarity, experience deep rest and relief and increase their capacity for joy and presence.

Story

I offer an integrative, mindbody approach to helping people who struggle with chronic pain, stress and the effects of trauma.

My clients are of varying ages and stages, from children to the elderly - all looking to find relief, feel more joy and experience a greater sense of presence in their lives.

I work best with people who are seeking to find out what their body is truly trying to communicate. Usually my clients have been struggling with a symptom (physical, emotional or spiritual) for some time and, despite conventional approaches, have not had much relief.
When you know what your body is truly communicating it makes it easier to make the changes necessary in your life to support your healing.

I received my physiotherapy training from the University of Cape Town, South Africa in 1999. I completed my CST training through the Upledger institute UK whilst living in the UK as well as advanced level courses in New Zealand after I relocated here in 2003. I have been registered as a Physiotherapist in New Zealand since 2003. I completed my certification with the Upledger institute in April 2009. In addition to this training I have qualified as a certified Polestar Rehabilitation Pilates Instructor and I am a teaching assistant for CST1 and CSTII courses for the Upledger Institute.
