Made͏ our process very easy On behalf of my mother, Karly made a great first impression, she listened and was very knowledgeable. My mother felt very comfortable and to me that was the main thing as not being in the same location. Karly's professionalism in this situation was excellent, both My mother and the rest of the family felt very well looked after. Karly's knowledge of the market was spot on with the price range very realistic and not out of our expectations. Karly kept us up to date on Open homes and provided feedback on the visitors as well as reports online. Negotiations were easy and not a drawn out process. Overall our experience was excellent. I wish to say a Big Thankyou we really appreciated the service you have given us.
A͏ huge thank you Tracey Tracey sold my house in a rapidly changing market and showed great perseverance to get the sale over the line. There was excellent communication and i was always kept up to date with any interested parties. Tracey was very helpful with staging my property and had great advice on how to present it for advertising and also open homes. She went above and beyond by lending me furniture and plants while my property was being marketed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tracey, because of her knowledge and expertise I was still able to get a good result in a tough market. Thanks again Tracey

They have been managing my property for last 7 months and couldn't find a suitable tenant till date.Agent doesn't reply calls, doesn't pick up call .Haven't advertised the property on any sites .
