Incident free sale. We were confident in Chris as soon as we decided to list our house for sale. Made͏ our process very easy On behalf of my mother, Karly made a great first impression, she listened and was very knowledgeable. My mother felt very comfortable and to me that was the main thing as not being in the same location. Karly's professionalism in this situation was excellent, both My mother and the rest of the family felt very well looked after. Karly's knowledge of the market was spot on with the price range very realistic and not out of our expectations. Karly kept us up to date on Open homes and provided feedback on the visitors as well as reports online. Negotiations were easy and not a drawn out process. Overall our experience was excellent. I wish to say a Big Thankyou we really appreciated the service you have given us.
Patient and professional. As a recent buyer we appreciated working with Cathy - she provided plenty of chance for viewing the property and she represented the vendor well through highlighting the opportunities the property presented us with. Through the home investigation and purchase process Cathy demonstrated patience and we didn't feel pressured at any stage of the journey. Thanks again Cathy!
Moving to a new city. Luke has been a wealth of knowledge for us moving from Wellington to Rotorua. He had great knowledge of areas we had never considered and was able to guide us in a market that was unknown to us. He was patient, always available when we had to view houses at unusual times and took his time taking us through all the options. He negotiated expertly and I wouldn't hesitate using him again in the future or recommending his services.
Easy and swift transaction. Karly was very friendly and helpful to me buying my first house. After communicating my intentions to put in an offer the whole process was handled swiftly and with complete professionalism.
Strong communication and very easy to work with. It was a pleasure working with Chris during our buying process. She was very knowledgeable, very thorough and always followed through with what she said she would. Communication was strong throughout and nothing was ever too much for her.
Knowledge and experience to boot. Tracey was an absolute God sent, with her extensive knowledge in her field she knew exactly what it was we wanted even if we couldn't explain it properly ourselves, she could decipher me and my hubby's gibberish. Her experience alone showed with how well she handle everything!!!! From the important stuff but to also just being a friendly face of reassurance. She went above our expectations as an agent but as a genuine caring person aswell. We can most definitely recommend Tracey with the highest regard.
Spot͏ on with market value, stress free process from start to finish Having sold with Cathy before it was a no brainer to have her sell my mums home. Stress free from start to finish especially as I live in the South Island. Nothing was an issue and communication was spot on. Cathy’s knowledge of the market and timeframe to sell was on point.
