Natarsha͏ Wylie professional expert in sales for First National Rotorua. Natarsha is a very accommodating professional and made herself available to us at all times, making her expertise and knowledge accessible 24/7 despite us living in Australia and her situated in Aotearoa. Her introduction sales package and all communications of expectations were clear and precise to us. There was no room for misunderstandings about marketing, plans, reports, photos, sales statistics, appointments, meetings, facts, research, team objectives, because she listened to us and all our questions. She is a very considerate, understanding and honest person that understood where our needs were at early and she continuely assisted us along the way without a hitch. We never felt pressured into doing anything we otherwise didn't want, or were uncertain with because of her guidance and advice. Our time was always respected and Natarsha communicated every step and detail, making sure things were transparent across the board with us, herself & the first national team, and or the buyers, or any third party involvment, or organisation that was needed to prepare the selling of our home. I believe she went above and beyond for us and always held our best interest at heart. I not only found Natarsha to be an amazing professional but she is also a very down to earth person. She is relatible as a busy working mum, and is a great human in general, holding both empathy and kindness wrapped in a smile. Everytime we spoke on the phone or the correspondence was via email, no matter the nature of the news, she seemed to be smiling down the speaker, or if by email, it was positive and that made things easier. If we could do this all over again without hesitation we would get Natarsha on board again. She is worth her weight in gold plus some. Please consider her if you sell your home/s. She is the best! More͏ than highly recommended Callum listened to us and made sure we felt in control. Excellent communication, fantastic advertising and professional attitude and manner all the way through. We appreciated his team volunteering to help stage and set up the home for marketing, cleaning inside and out. In the changing market he sought advice, offered various options, and his persistence paid off. He is genuine, honest, extremely hard working, approachable, and generous. We are extremely grateful and wish him every success.
Patient͏ and kind, got us across the line! Amelia has been so fantastic to deal with right from the start. Great communication, always kept us updated with what was happening with the seller and gave us great advice as first time buyers. Was super patient with us as we needed an extension for some of our conditions. We got there in the end! Will definitely be giving her a call next time we are in the market!
**Highly͏ recommended** It takes a quality real estate agent to sell a house for a good price in a slow market and Callum has what it takes. He gave us 100% focus all the way from listing to sale, there were no problems just solutions. A great communicator and a genuinely nice guy. I unreservedly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.
Stellar͏ support and service Chrissy went so above and beyond for us. We could not have asked for a more flexible, kind and committed agent. Our property was not the easiest to sell given the level of restoration required but that did not deter Chrissy. We were really impressed at the efficiency in which she promoted the property, conducted viewings and reached a really great sale! Callum is the best Rotorua has to offer. Our first home journey was quite a mission. I’ve been to many Open homes and I find Callum’s approach very special. He is quite friendly, transparent and quick with his processes. He knows the real estate game very well. He guided us like a friend to our first home and I recommend him highly to anyone looking to avail his services.
We had the privilege of dealing with Callum on our first home. He was always in an incredibly good mood which made every interaction positive and memorable. His communication was always excellent in regards to response times and working around your time schedule. When there was something we would ask that was not common knowledge or needed follow up, Callum would be sure to have a hasty response so there would be no unnecessary delays. As far as handover, Callum was incredible. His attitude towards making our first home purchase special meant we were completely satisfied with his service from start to finish and could not have been more grateful for his efforts in helping us make this happen. Thank you very much Callum and I would always highly recommend Callum to others when considering to list their home based on all of the above!
