After having two horrendous poor excuses for property managers it was a breath of fresh air to have Caitlin Pearce & the team take over our property. She has been amazing to deal with. We have had some challenging issues to deal with & couldn't have asked anymore of her. 10/10

Rental management is better, now that my person left.
My experience going to first National office here in Rotorua was horrible. The fat lady in the front desk was not very accomodating and kept cutting me off without giving me the chance to speak. I felt so discriminated. It seems that she needs to be taught how to handle customers in a humane manner.
