Lovely rooms comfy beds warm and clean can't really hear neighbours small sitting area front and back lovely to sit out for coffee, coin laundry, approx 5/10 mins walk to the pools. Well maintained and had everything required good shower as well. No complaints at all.
Stayed for two nights in Executive Suite.nFriendly host had the heat pump going for us when we arrived and everything was lovely and clean. Room service came and did an amazing job, restocked coffee towels etc.nPrivate spa pool was so hot great temperature and beautiful views of the snowy mountains in the background. So peaceful to have your coffee looking at the view and very quiet and private.nWould definitely come back again :
Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit this week, and our stay was fantastic! Receptionist was very friendly when we arrived, we were 1 hour early but she allowed us to check in with no additional fee.nRoom was clean and modern, beds were comfortable, and the view was lovely. Thanks heaps, will definitely stay here again!
My family and I stayed at the Scenic View motel at Hanmer Springs for one night. We were very impressed with the rooms. We had a studio unit and the Spa unit. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The spa looked out to the mountains. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. It is within walking distance to the hot pools. I highly recommend this motel if you are visiting Hanmer Springs.
We booked studio with spa bath. The location was amazing, bed was comfortable.nRoom were clean but when we use the spa bath with the jet, we found some soap scam were floating and we found bit disgusting.nnCheck in was great, nice n smooth. we saw bbq on the list if the facilities so my partner asked if we can use it for night time, receptionist said yes. When we were cooking, gas runs out so asked if they have spare gas bottle, same receptionist said bbq cut off time is 7.30pm.nBut he didn't say anything to my partner when he asked at 2pm, there is no time cut off written on the guest book. So we were bit disappointed and eneded up cooking in the room with stove top. So eneded up having stew steak instead of grilling it.
