Could not fault it. Rooms were so clean, very comfy bed, lovely location with a short walk to main center and the staff were so friendly. We would highly recommend this motel.
The rooms are lovely and spacious and very modern, we had a lovely outlook to the hills. Beds were very comfy and kitchen was well equipped. Our only let down was the shower pressure. For the cost we expected a really good shower and it was average to be fair. If the shower had been good we would have given 5 stars.
Lovely modern clean unit. Heater was in when we arrived. Hosts very friendly. Very comfortable bed. Nice towels to use for hot springs. Very reasonable price. Can’t fault anything. We’ll stay here again when next in Hanmer.
Singlehandedly the best place we’ve ever stayed! The staff were friendly & helpful, the rooms were spacious & clean, the beds were comfortable & we had everything we needed including pool towels. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for having us We’ll definitely be back!
I have stayed here on multiple occasions and loved it everytime - on a couples trip, family holiday and also for a girls night away. Their varying rooms are all up to the same excellent standard and the owners and staff are super lovely and welcoming. You'll find everything you need in your kitchenette and love that they have a laundry and even towels for you to take to the hot pools. We will be back again
