We had a fantastic stay at Hanmer Apartments! The hygiene standards and facility were top-notch, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout the visit. Amy was incredibly welcoming and providing insightful local guides for activities, which made exploring the area enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained place with excellent hospitality!
Just had a 2 night stay. Four of us in a mezzanine bedroom and one other bedroom with 2 single beds. Hosts telephoned us prior to our arrival to say that they would be away for a few hours but our unit would be open for us which it was. Exceptionally clean and tidy and well presented/decorated. Nice outlook on a garden and the mountains. Did not need any service while we were there although offered and our privacy respected. Approximately 15-20 min walk in to the village centre pleasant on a nice day which it was but only 2 min by vehicle. We would recommend.
The Hanmer Apartments were perfect for our 2 night getaway. Very clean & tidy & also practical with well equipped kitchenette. The beds were so comfortable & loved the views from the mezzanine floor bedroom. A great location as we enjoyed walking into town by an easy short track, as well as the longer walking routes. Was a very quiet location & very easy booking direct with the owners. We will definitely stay again

Arrival and departure were hassle-free, and the apartment’s attractive layout and cleanliness immediately impressed me. The spacious, beautifully landscaped backyard, accessible through a sliding door from the lounge, was a highlight. Thoughtful touches like electric blankets, towels for both the shower and thermal pools, a guest book with local tourist information, free Wi-Fi, a bin for recycling, and Netflix preloaded for our unit made the stay even more enjoyable.
