Staff fromnReception was friendly and warm. Gave us directions to some attractions and walks.nnAbout 15-20 mins walk from city centre. I had short strides.nnThe whole apartment was spacious, main bedroom was cozy and warm, bed was soft and cleanly made, pillows were too soft only stayed for a night.nnShower pressure was amazing!nPlenty of parking!nNeighbors across the road were playing music and loud until almost 11pm. But, it was a weekend, so, we have to have fun aye.nnOverall, still a good place to stay.
Comfortable and spacious place to stay, nicely located within walking distance of the city center. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare a fine dinner and get a good night's sleep. Friendly and welcoming guy at the reception. Absolutely a good choice.
It's a kiwi motel, so single glazed windows, a bit of a rustic feel, lack of counter space in bathrooms, etc. is par for the course. That being said, everything is very well kept and in good repair.nnIts tucked away in a corner of Hanmer Springs and has nice grounds. It's also quite comfortable for the price, and I'd definitely stay here again.
A beautiful spot in a lovely setting.nComfortable bed, quiet, clean and older styled.nnIt is a decent walk into town or the pools, however it is an easy drive.nnWe stayed in a cabin/chalet and will certainly stay again.
We had a great stay in this motel, rooms were spotlessly clean! Had a small complete kitchen. Milk, tea, coffee salt and pepper was provided. Towels and free towels to use for the thermal springs. Staff were lovely and friendly! Definitely would recommend!!
